Forms of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Credit card transactions only. Sorry, No CODS or Will Call allowed. All orders will be shipped when payment is received or successfully processed.
Shipping / Delivery
All orders will be shipped via freight carrier.
Available items purchased directly through this website are usually shipped within 5 days of purchase except for custom built gates. A customer service representative will contact you concerning regarding delivery.
If you’re not completely satisfied with your gate system, return it for a full refund by notifying us within 48hrs of receiving the shipment. Items must be shipped back to Gate-Builders within 30 days of receiving an approved RMA (returned merchandise approval) number. Orders returned without an authorized number will be refused. Returns requested after 72hrs of receipt are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for all related shipping charges. Some exceptions may apply, at our discretion. You MUST include ALL original packing materials (literature, installation items, etc.) in original condition with no signs of abuse to the gate system. For any damage during shipping please contact us.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation Notice: Orders placed for backordered items can be cancelled within 30 days from the date of the order for a full refund. Orders cancelled after 30 days are subject to a 20% service charge fee.
Any items shipped by Gate-Builders damaged and determined by the carrier to be damaged in transit will be replaced at no cost. If an item is found to be defective due to craftsmanship, it will be repaired free of charge for up to one year from date of delivery.
